Venue access
The conference venue is fully accessible to participants with reduced mobility.
It can be reached easily by public transport, bicycle, taxi, or private vehicle and is located approximately:
- 10 minutes from Lyon city centre
- 15 minutes from Lyon Part-Dieu railway station
30 minutes from Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport
Public Transport
Lyon benefits from one of Europe's most efficient urban transport networks, operated by
TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais).
The network includes:
- 4 metro lines;
- 7 tramway lines;
- 2 funicular railways;
- More than 140 bus routes.
Public transport provides rapid access between the conference venue, hotels, railway stations, and the city's main attractions.
A conference transport pass will be provided to all registered participants, allowing unlimited access to the public transport network throughout the meeting.

Cycling
Lyon is a bicycle-friendly city with more than 800 km of cycling infrastructure and an extensive public bicycle-sharing system known as
Vélo'v.
More than 4,000 bicycles are available throughout the metropolitan area, including several stations located directly around the conference venue.
Cycling provides a pleasant and sustainable way to explore the city, particularly during the summer season.
Walking
Many hotels, restaurants, parks, and cultural attractions are located within walking distance of the conference venue or can be reached easily through pleasant riverside routes.
The compact nature of Lyon's city centre makes walking one of the most enjoyable ways to discover the city.
