  • EXHIBITION
     

    The exhibition will take place in the 2,500 m2 Forum Halls, accommodating industrial, academic and institutional exhibitors, posters exhibition, and all coffee breaks and lunches.
    It will be held from Sunday 4 July during the Welcome Reception, to Thursday 8 July after lunch.
    • Set-up on Sunday 4 July
    • Disassembly on Thursday 8 July afternoon

    The allocation of booths will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive the Exhibition floorplan after we receive your booking.

  • Confirmation and cancellation policy


    > The application for participation constitutes a firm commitment. Full payment must be made 60 days after invoicing to confirm the reservation
    > Cancellation must be made in writing to sponsor@euroismar2027.org 
    • Cancellation received before 31 March, 2027: 80€ administrative fee
    • Cancellations received between 1 April and 1 May, 2027: 50% penalty
    • Cancellations received after 1 May, 2027: 100% penalty
