    > The complimentary booth can be either a bare space or a pre-equipped stand, which includes : carpet + wooden partitions + identification sign + 1 table + 3 chairs + spotlights + electric supply.
    > The allocation of booths will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive the Exhibition floorplan after we receive your booking.
    > The codes to register your exhibitor badges will be sent by email once payment for the package has been received.

  • The exhibition will take place in the 2,500 m2 Forum Halls, accommodating industrial, academic and institutional exhibitors, posters exhibition, and all coffee breaks and lunches.
    It will be held from Monday, 5 July morning to Thursday, 8 July after lunch.
    ► Set-up on Sunday, 4 July
    ► Disassembly on Thursday, 8 July afternoon

  • Confirmation and cancellation policy


    > The application for participation constitutes a firm commitment. Full payment must be made 60 days after invoicing to confirm the reservation
    > Cancellation must be made in writing to sponsor@euroismar2027.org 
    • Cancellation received before 31 March, 2027: 80€ administrative fee
    • Cancellations received between 1 April and 1 May, 2027: 50% penalty
    • Cancellations received after 1 May, 2027: 100% penalty
